Client Overview
The client delivers a world-class experience for customers by providing safe, secure and efficient airports. We work in partnership with airlines, passengers and employees to drive the growth of Dubai as the world's emerging centre for leisure and business.
Problem Statement
The website was to be tested across different browsers and operating systems on desktops and tablets.
Support for legacy browsers such as IE11 will not be included. The website may continue to work with these browsers but will be considered for quality assurance.

Solution Approach
Our team scoped the client’s website and read the documentation to understand the functionality of each module thoroughly.
Prepared a scope and test cases for each module, based on the documentation.
Performed a general GUI test to verify if the basic application flow is working.
Tested each test case in all the different browsers and operating systems.
Tested the website for both web and mobile browsers.
Executed the test cases, assigned them pass-fail status, and gave a unique ID to each bug for easy identification.
Provided detailed descriptions of the bugs and proof of bugs with screenshots for each bug for clarity.
Connected with the client regularly to resolve any queries in the application flow.
