Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand position requirements and candidate profiles for both tech and non-tech roles.
  • Utilize your expertise in assessing candidates based on their tech and non-tech backgrounds, ensuring their skills align with the job requirements.
  • Leverage your tech capabilities to effectively utilize job portals and other online platforms for candidate sourcing.
  • Analyze and evaluate the performance of different job portals to identify which platforms yield specific types of candidate profiles (e.g., tech candidates, non-tech candidates, specific skill sets).
  • Collaborate with the HR team to create effective recruitment strategies and optimize the candidate screening process.
  • Utilize virtual screening software and tools to filter and assess candidates efficiently, ensuring that only the most qualified individuals progress to the next stages of the recruitment process.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews, both in-person and remotely, to evaluate candidates' technical and non-technical skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth.
  • Provide timely and detailed feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a positive recruiting experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, adapting strategies to attract and assess top talent.
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipeline, source effectiveness, and time-to-hire metrics.
  • Should have a fundamental understanding of how to craft content & email copies using ChatGPT.


  • 1 to 4 years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a technology-driven environment, with expertise in assessing both tech and non-tech candidates.
  • Must have experience in tech and non-tech hiring
  • Need to work on multiple hirings at a time
  • Who is more adoptable
  • Strong understanding of technical skill sets and the ability to assess candidates based on their technical backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with job portals and online recruitment platforms.
  • Experience working with virtual screening software and tools to effectively filter and evaluate candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Experience working on Google Sheets.
